Note: We now offer 4 different letting options.

  1. Olcote
    You may rent Olcote on it's own, and we may rent out the garden house to another party, meaning you will have access to the pool on a shared basis.
  2. Garden House
    You may rent the Garden House on it's own and we may rent out Olcote to another party, meaning you will have access to the pool on a shared basis.
  3. Both House's
    You may rent both house's and the pool is yours for your party's use only during your stay.
  4. Olcote Exclusive
    You rent Olcote exclusively, meaning we will not rent the garden house to anybody else, and you will have exclusive access to the pool.

A full itinary of articles within the house will be sent with your booking confirmation. Any breakages can be replaced locally (replacement items must be similar style to those broken/damaged) or deducted from the security deposit.

As a rule we do not accept all male or all female groups, unless by prior written agreement.

Within the letting price we provide linen for guests up to our standard occupancy. Linen includes sheets, pillow cases duvet covers, duvets, bath towels & hand towels. Guests must provide their own beach towels. If you want to wash the towels & sheets, you can do so as a washing machine is provided.

We do not allow pets at the property unless by prior written agreement.
