Olcote is a detached property the sleeps 6 people (plus cot)
The sleeping is made up of one double bed room and two twin bedrooms, all on the first floor.
Also on the first floor is a large bathroom with toilet, sink, shower and bath.
On the ground floor is a kitchen / lounge with a breakfast bar. Hall & Utility room
There is also a downstairs toilet and utility room with washing machine. There are portable electric fans.
The lounge has sky TV including sky sports 1 and there are video and dvd players, there is a selection of dvd's & videos to use. There is a book exchange facility.
There is a laptop with internet access and wireless or hard wired access for you to use with your own PC.
There is a playstation #1 in the twin room with a small selection of playstation #1 games
The kitchen is very well stocked with utensils and equipment, there is also a microwave, oven & hob with a large fridge.
In the utility room there is a second fridge for drinks only
(a real plus point in the summer!)
The dining room table sits 6-8 and there are sofas for 6
Outside there is an annex bathroom with shower toilet and sink
There is a purpose built bar-b-que together with a store room for the all the garden furniture (sunbeds, brollies, chairs and tables)
The pool sits between the Main house and the Garden House

its own. More basic than Olcote for sure, it is a property that
comprises of a well stocked kitchen/dining area with hob, oven
& microwave, it has satellite tv (BBC & ITV etc)
The bedrooms comprise a twin room and a double room with a great garden view.
Cots are available for both houses
There is a washing machine at the property and portable fans

The Table Tennis room is attached to the Garden house but access is only from the garden not from inside the Garden house itself.
