Olcote is a romantic Riviera style property, substantially refurbished throughout in 1999, meaning that the kitchen, bathroom, flooring, furniture and decoration were all new at that time.
The property is 1 mile from the centre of the town , meaning it is within a short walk of many Bars, Cafes, and restaurants, as well as the local shops.
There are two houses in the grounds, the Garden House was renovated in December 1999. Guests can now rent both house's should they want to holiday with friends or just have more accommodation. Either of the two house's can also be booked on an "exclusive" basis.
The house's are set amongst olive trees & landscaped gardens, with a wonderful aspect, allowing you to watch the sun set from the vined terrace at the end of a hot day. They are also set in their own grounds (approx 0.33 of an acre) situated just off a narrow dry stone walled lane, within the historic Uzes town boundary.
Downstairs the floors are all tiled in a terracotta type tile , most walls are white.
Kitchen, inc dishwasher, microwave, double oven & grill, fridge freezer and gas hob. Door opening onto the gardens/patio, with walk through to the Lounge with a TV & satellite, dining table (seats 8 with extension), 2 Sofas seating 4-6 people and 2 directors chairs. The lounge has 3 doors to the gardens and a further door to the Hall.
The accomodation can sleep 6 people, plus a cot.

- 3 toilets, 2 showers & 1 bath (downstairs toilet only, upstairs bathroom inc toilet, shower & bath)
- Annes Shower room with toilet, shower and sink
Also at the property there is a stair gate & highchair.
The Garden house is set a very comfortable distance away from Olcote with the pool (see below) offset between the two houses. The house has been totally refurbished in the same style as Olcote.
Accommodation at the Garden House consists of a fully fitted modern kitchen with dishwasher. Within the same room is a table for dining and a lounge area. The kitchen itself is in the same make and style as that of Olcote, and within the lounge are two sofa beds, TV and satellite system.
Leading from the lounge/dining area is the hallway which also gives access to the bathroom with sink, toilet, shower and washing machine, the bathroom is fully tiled. Also within the bathroom is a storage cupboard for the utility equipment such as brushes, buckets etc.
Also leading from the hall are two bedrooms, the first being a double bedroom with two wardrobes and bedside cabinets, also a twin bedroom with two single beds.
Outside the house, there is a small terrace with white patio furniture
The gardens are full of olive trees and mature shrubs. There is an area for Bar-B-Que's, as well as seating area. Garden furniture is provided (seating up to 10 people).
The Pool is fenced, to aid with safety, with gate access to the pool terrace. The pool is approx 10mx5m with built in steps & also a side ladder. The pool has its own pump house
